Mandi, it fits!
My friend Mandi http://www.herbanhomestead.blogspot.com/ made this sweet strawberry and gingham frock for T when she was first born. We are enjoying it and watching her little penguin walk as she swirls around in it. Thank you again for your sweet stitches.
